<<<<HIGHER LEVELS OF CONSCIOUS and HOW TO ACCESS THEM…) If the tittle above appeals to you… then I want to start by saying I have a deep level of respect for you You see- I started out on a journey about 15 years ago..to make my life better… I journeyed deep an wide down a road called “SELF DEVELOPMENT” Since then I have gained a about an expanded level of self… and If you really grasp the words in this post.. i believe it will improve not just your life… but life itself A few years back on my self development journey I was introduced to a term called ONENESS. This is a concept that basically explains and brings conscious awareness to the energy that exist in all people, and in all things both physical and non physical throughout the entire universe an beyond If you have ever had a moment where you have been lost in the beauty of a song, a sunset, felt deep love for humanity you have experienced this level connection called oneness.. Most of us only have glimpses, then our conscious mind kicks in and brings us back to our physical reality.. and that’s ok…but understand that we create boundaries.. boundaries around our selves and all that we see… we make judgements based on good or bad often times cutting ourselves off from what we perceive as foreign …Through this process of labeling we separate ourselves from that deep connection to all things and all people. This is the opposite of ONENESS I believe the left or or logical side of your brain kicks...

The TO DO LIST and The TO BE LIST)))> —long For years I have written out a TO DO list to help me keep on top of the things I need to do the next day…Sometimes I get all done… Usually not though….I used to stress, get frustrated, get unfocused, distracted, etc. I’m certainly not perfect at it…But, I’ve become much more productive since i’ve been keeping my TO BE list. The reason we make a list is so that we get everything out of our head..so we don’t forget things..so we can remember. It’s sounds odd to say… but there have certainly been times where I have gotten so busy and focus on my TO DO’s.. That I forgot WHO I AM…and WHO I WANT TO BE IN THE WORLD. So bus – so pulled in so many directions.-so stressed that I just forgot! You would think after 36 years I’d know… but the fact is : 1. Who you are and who i am is constantly evolving.Y 2. You attention is being pulled in a thousand different directions every day… billions are spent every year by companies who want you to buy their products. 3 Those companies value your attention more than you value your own. We often get so lost in our doing that we become the doing***… when you ask someone..”tell me about your self” they will 99% of the time tell you what they DO—While DOING and BEING are certainly related— They must not be confused as the same thing. Let what you DO for a living..and let what you do with your spare...

AHH… where to begin? This is the subject of about a Bizzilion books and even more posts….there are so many areas to focus on daily. With out a system in place one will fall behind in some crucial area at some point….. and this is natural to a certain extent. You start making some $ and business is on fire…and then you get out of shape and feel disconnected. Your hitting the gym everyday getting toned up for summer now your broke… Or, you’re relationship is great but your fat and broke… You are meditating everyday and you feel that higher sense of connection to things… but now your fat broke and alone….It can get confusing at times. If you have a new business, have a child, are just getting out of a relationship…etc… Your life will be out of balance. To some degree this is healthy. No one created anything great by living a perfectly balanced life…. Talk to anyone who has a perfect body… they had to make sacrifices to get there… Same with a business…. The greats like Muhammad Ali, Michael Jordan or anyone else for that matter at the top of their game will live life massively out of balance for a period of time. Their social lives are usually amongst the first things to be sacrificed. So often in life we jump from one area to the next before mastering any. I’ve been guilty of this myself…as a committed developmental learner and student of life .. i’ve found 8 areas to be the most sought after. Not just their own pain…but the pain of the world. Everyday I imagine swallowing people’s pain.. Insecurity- Loss-Grief-Loneliness- No $$$- Ill Health etc// I want to eat up pain and let it pass thru me like a bad meal This Poisonous food may make me feel ill at times but I believe that if I am to endure this pain I will actually become stronger I believe the power of our minds and hearts can act like our immune system… Be immune to Negatively – Be Immune to Fear- Be Immune to all of it Immune doesn’t mean oblivious… immune meaning that you are not affected by the pain in a way that renders you useless – unable to respond… (Response-Able = Able to Respond) Yes, your Mind and your HEART can grant you immunity from negativity Be immune to the negativity and challenge your self… after you have mastered your own pain.. take on the pains of your family…your community.. then humanity All of your problems are just an appetizer compared to the great feast of problems we have present in the world today Leaders solve problems. PERIOD Feed on the pain and u will KNOW GAIN As in GAIN perspective and GAIN insight GAIN leadership GAIN money GAIN health GAIN confidence GAIN certainty GAIN a life worth living GAIN GAIN GAIN...

Calories in …Calories out====ABSOLUTE HORSE SHIT.

  Calories count but don’t count calories. Think about the above statement if you are a calorie counter. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. I weigh 195.. If i cut 1000 calories a day from my diet… and burned an extra 1000 calories in the gym (-2000) And I did that every day for a year…. according to the math… i would burn 730,000 calories in the year… which means …if you do the math..that i would loose 208 lbs. So basically I would become lighter than air. Yeah— Nonsense. My metabolism would change. Many folks have metabolic damage due to improper dieting…takes time to fix…hormones that are out of balance, toxic livers and compromised immune systems. Poor food choices, climate, food allergies, packaged food, EMF’s, sleep cycles,genetics, activity level … and a 100 other things will determine your metabolism and body fat. And when you see those guys who are all super ripped up for the shows.. realize that they are dehydrated and not very healthy.. just looks cool tho. Attainable.. not Sustainable. Progress not perfection. Counting calories is just extra stress. Get a food allergy test. Listen to your body. Go hard in the gym. Then rest. Eat Clean. Take Extra Vit C. and Glutamine. Calorie Cycle to loose fat. No sugar unless you are a competitor aaand…Done. EW Share...
