As I listen to sales calls where the one doing the selling begins to transition to the close…I’ve noticed that amateurs tend to increase the pain and the pressure on the client. Pro’s however do what Brendon Bruchard calls FLIPPING TO THE EGO. They honor the prospect Acknowledge the prospect Tell them how powerful they are (smart, wise, talented, etc) Give them a high standard to live and act into. When you get people to identify themselves as proactive, smart, decisive, powerful…they will likely follow suit. 3 FALSE BELIEFS THAT STOP YOU IN LIFE…OR, ARE STOPPING OTHERS FROM INVESTING IN YOU.

  1. THE VEHICLE- Example* Having a proven sales process that would guarantee me more money and time freedom would be nice but I don’t fully understand how that would work for me. 2. INTERNAL BELIEFS- I’m sold on having a proven sales process and mastering influence, but I’m more of an introvert and I don’t know if it would work for me. 3. EXTERNAL BELIEFS- I know I need to learn to be more influential because i’m losing money in my business everyday, and i’m also losing the respect of my peers and kids. But even if I had those skills I don’t think it would make a difference in my unique situation. Can you see how these types of FALSE BELIEFS your clients have can stop them from taking action? Stronger than before……and closer

Remember – Slow is smooth…and smooth is fast. 🙂 Plan and get moving… but don’t be in a frenzied hurry. Keep you eye on the goal and you will get there….faster than you think. Plan your day…and do it. Planning, thinking, reading, rehearsing, training, preparing, organizing, learning. These are all inside mental practices that must be done…..30 mins to 1 hour a day. Then just do it…and remember, life is an outside game.  Get out of your head and live.  To live a Bold and Powerful life, you must be External.  Look around you now…away from your screen…take in your environment…then act…improve that environment – improve your situation – make an impact – be the change – devour the day. What can you consistently Notice….Believe….and Appreciate, that will make you feel empowered as you act (please take a moment to answer this question)??? Before bed, contemplate – record your learnings and plan the next day.  Stronger than before and closer to your goals. EW Share...

“Rituals and Standards”

What is the probable almost certain future for you, if you continue to live your life with your current daily rituals and standards? It doesn’t matter where you are so much as it matters that you keep moving forward in a direction that is of your choosing.   It’s hard to move forward however if you aren’t clear about where you are going. Create a compelling future and get moving; Great results require great action. We all have the ability to create results and overcome any obstacle.   Expect more of yourself than anyone else can.  Do this and you will raise the standard of not only your life – but everyone in it. Sometimes the best thing you can do for others is work on yourself; they will either rise with you or fall by the wayside.  Your life will be an example or a warning, as will theirs – but this is a personal choice. You have a better chance of raising their standards however by raising your own. Relationships are not about dependency -Time spent with friends should do more than waste time and talk about problems.   “Who you surround yourself with is who you become”.   Do the people you care about a favor by becoming more yourself – leaders go first. I’ve been blessed to have access to a peer group who is doing some pretty big things in the world – I know in order to go with them, I must grow with them.   So, to answer that 1st question above-what direction are you currently headed?
