Plan and get moving… but don’t be in a frenzied hurry.
Keep you eye on the goal and you will get there….faster than you think.
Plan your day…and do it.
Planning, thinking, reading, rehearsing, training, preparing, organizing, learning. These are all inside mental practices that must be done…..30 mins to 1 hour a day.
Then just do it…and remember, life is an outside game. Get out of your head and live. To live a Bold and Powerful life, you must be External. Look around you now…away from your screen…take in your environment…then act…improve that environment – improve your situation – make an impact – be the change – devour the day.
What can you consistently Notice….Believe….and Appreciate, that will make you feel empowered as you act (please take a moment to answer this question)???
Before bed, contemplate – record your learnings and plan the next day. Stronger than before and closer to your goals.
